Dear Sirs, the annex doesn't overlook the canal but there is eirther street view or inner court view. It is just 20 m opposite on the first floor.

Good morning, the private water tax from the Airport costs about 120/130 euro. You could also take a public boat ALILAGUNA and egt off at GUGLIE than less than 10 min on foot to the Hotel. Regards
